Santam works exclusively through licensed insurance brokers. A completed proposal form – available by clicking the Downloads button on this page – is required. Two versions are available, a shorter form for limited cover (as specified on the form), and a comprehensive version for full coverage.

• Up to R100 million or USD 5 million for businesses operating within South Africa and the rest of Africa.
