Cover options include Comprehensive; Third-Party, Fire and Theft; Third-Party only; and Laid-Up cover for private vehicles registered in South Africa. We also provide cover for motorcycles, caravans, and trailers, ensuring all your transport needs are covered.

Vehicles are insured at Retail Value, inclusive of factory-fitted extras. Cover is available on an Agreed Value basis on request. Agreed Value is the amount shown in your policy Schedule, as agreed with us at policy inception, subject to receipt of a current vehicle valuation.

Individuals 55 years and older registered as the regular driver benefit from a basic excess waiver, provided no endorsement in the policy Schedule overrides the benefit.

Replacement locks and keys are automatically included in the cover, up to R10 000.

This extension applies only to 4x4, 2x4 (with differential lock), and all-terrain vehicles (excluding motorcycles and quad bikes) specified in your Schedule and insured on a comprehensive basis. If the insured vehicle is outside the Republic of South Africa, cover is limited to damage to the insured vehicle only.

We provide cover of up to 2.5% of the vehicle’s value, with a maximum payable amount of R15 000.

We provide temporary cover for loss of or damage to a newly purchased vehicle for 72 hours from the time you take physical possession, subject to policy terms and conditions.

You remain covered for up to 60 days while your vehicle is up for sale, subject to policy terms and conditions.

No basic excess is payable for accident, collision, theft, or hijack claims if the vehicle is less than one year old from first registration and is driven by the main driver.

No basic excess is payable for a theft or hijacking claim if the vehicle was fitted with an approved and functioning tracking device.

Cover includes the replacement of child car seats if damaged in an accident, stolen, or destroyed by fire.

Covers special modifications to your vehicle required following physical injury.

Covers the cost of fire extinguishing to prevent fire spread and damage.

For an additional premium, we’ll cover the financial gap between our comprehensive Motor insurance payout and the outstanding vehicle loan amount in the event of a total loss, ensuring you don’t pay for a car you no longer own.

We offer flexible car hire options up to 45 days at an additional premium.
