You can now register motor glass and geyser claims anytime, day or night via our WhatsApp on 0860 102 001. It’s fast, easy to use, and doesn’t require downloading an app or waiting on hold.

Here’s what you can expect:

For glass claims, you can choose a service provider during the chat, and they will be automatically dispatched when your claim is submitted. While for geyser claims, a supplier is allocated to you and dispatched when your claim is submitted.

Please note that the supplier can only be dispatched during normal business hours only.

If you call Santam SOS during weekday office hours, you will be supported by Sam, our AI-powered digital assistant. Sam handles the full claims process with accuracy and efficiency, only redirecting your call to a SOS agent if necessary.
