Please notify us immediately of any professional liability claim (if approached by a third party), or a circumstance you are aware of that might lead to a claim, even if you do not yet know the value of the loss. All claim notifications should be done via your broker but can also be done directly with Santam.
Once you have complied with the notification process, please download the appropriate claim form from this page, complete all the fields, attach all relevant documents, and send it to the Claims specialist responsible for your portfolio.
If you don’t know who your dedicated Claims specialist is, please send it to one of our Claims managers, who will allocate the claim accordingly.
Please note that indemnity insurance claims and circumstances should be reported as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to do so, or failure to provide all necessary information, may lead to the claim being rejected.
