Mlondolozi is an actuary with over 20 years of extensive and diverse experience in the insurance, reinsurance, investments and investment banking sectors. He is the Group Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer of Sanlam Ltd. He also serves as a director on the Board of ARC Financial Services Investments (Pty) Ltd and ARC Financial Services Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
